Search & Select Domain:

  1. 1.Click "Buy Domain" to access the marketplace
  2. 2.Search for available domains or browse suggestions
  3. 3.Add domains to cart (multiple selection supported)
  4. 4.Proceed to checkout at /domains/buy-domain/payment

Alternative: Connect Existing Domain

If you already own domains, use "Connect Existing Domain" to:

  • Add your own domains to InboxKit
  • Configure DNS settings automatically

2.1 Navigate to Mailbox Creation

2.2 Mailbox Configuration Options

Naming Options:

  • Custom names: Enter your own name for each mailbox
  • Auto-generate: System creates random professional names
  • Bulk creation: Create multiple mailboxes at once

Domain Selection:

Select from your available domains. You can assign multiple mailboxes to the same domain or distribute across domains.

Username Validation:

Usernames are automatically validated for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 compliance.

    Click "Sequencers" in the left sidebar, then click "Add New Sequencer"

    • • API Key: Optional for some platforms

    Test Connection

    System will verify your credentials automatically

4.1 Navigate to Exports

  1. 1.Click "Exports" in the sidebar
  2. 2.View export statistics: Total, Completed, and Pending
  3. 3.Create new export jobs or manage existing ones

    Click "Create Export" Button

    Opens the export creation dialog where you'll configure your export

    Select Your Sequencer

    Choose from your connected sequencers (must be in "Active" status)

    Filter and Select Mailboxes

    • • Filter by domain to find specific mailboxes
    • • Filter by tags for organized selection
    • • Filter by creation date range
    • • Use search to find specific mailbox names
    • • Select all or individually pick mailboxes

    Create Export Jobs

    Click "Create Export Jobs" to queue your export for processing

Export Processing

Export jobs are queued and processed automatically. You can select multiple mailboxes at once and the system will handle the export efficiently.
