Google Workspace accounts for cold email

Buying direct gets you official Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 user accounts. Google’s Business Starter, Standard and Plus plans allow up to 300 users each.

InboxKit sells official, paid Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at $3 for either, with no plans or minimums. Microsoft volume can run on Azure, where one tenant holds up to 100 mailboxes for $30 a month. Pre-warmed mailboxes are live in hours.

Setting up DNS and DKIM

On Google Workspace, the admin generates a DKIM key in the Admin console. The admin then adds it as a TXT record at the domain host. Google creates and adds the key itself only for Squarespace domains.

InboxKit completes orders in 30 to 120 minutes, automatically, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured for you. You buy domains or connect your own in one click. Domain rotation and email migration are built in.

Warmup and inbox placement

Google’s Business Starter page lists storage, Meet, Gemini and security controls, and no email warmup. Microsoft’s July 2026 Business Basic changes add email storage, link protection and Copilot Chat. They list no warmup or placement monitoring.

InboxKit’s warmup is a $3 add-on that runs for 14 days on an isolated network. InfraGuard, also an add-on, checks blacklists, DNS, bounces and inbox placement every six hours. It includes alerts, auto-pause and unlimited placement tests. Its first month is free.

API, MCP and automation

Google offers an MCP server for each Workspace app, such as Gmail, Drive and Calendar, in developer preview. Microsoft’s MCP Server for Enterprise is in preview and covers read-only Entra identity queries.

Every InboxKit account gets the full REST API, with 119 endpoints and webhooks. Connect Claude Code or Codex to InboxKit’s remote MCP server to run your mailbox work from an agent.
