CheapInboxes Review 2026

This review is based on publicly available information as of the publication date, including the CheapInboxes website and a sample of public discussion. We did not independently run inbox placement tests, blacklist exposure tests, or long-term suspension-rate analysis on CheapInboxes mailboxes. We did not benchmark setup latency or support response times. Where we describe features, pricing, or behavior, the source is the provider's own marketing or documentation unless otherwise stated.

InboxKit, the publisher of this review, sells deliverability tooling that overlaps with parts of the CheapInboxes use case. We have made an effort to keep the analysis neutral and to clearly mark sections where InboxKit is referenced as a comparison.

CheapInboxes is a bulk mailbox reseller positioned in the lower-cost segment of the cold email infrastructure market. The CheapInboxes homepage does not surface a founder name, About page, or named team. The provider advertises WhatsApp-based support described as "24/7" with a stated average response time of under five minutes; we could not independently verify staffing or response-time claims. The homepage displays customer logos for several companies in the cold email and lead generation space; we have not independently verified the nature or scale of any of these customer relationships and do not reproduce specific names here.

The scope of the product, as described in provider materials, is infrastructure only. CheapInboxes does not appear to advertise native ongoing warmup automation, native blacklist monitoring, or a native deliverability dashboard. Buyers are expected to integrate their own sequencer (the provider references compatibility with Instantly, Smartlead, Reachinbox, Reply, and Lemlist in the public materials we reviewed) and to maintain any deliverability monitoring separately.

Publicly advertised pricing on the CheapInboxes homepage is volume-tiered. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes are listed at the same per-mailbox price. Domains are referenced as a separate purchase; specific per-domain pricing was not visible on the homepage during research and should be verified directly with the provider.

Bring-your-own-domain is referenced as supported on the homepage. The provider's homepage links to a "/fulfillment" page; we did not retrieve the full text of any refund or replacement policy.

• Support model. WhatsApp is referenced as the primary support channel, with the provider describing support as "24/7" with a stated average response time of under five minutes. We did not independently verify staffing or response-time claims.
• Marketing claim — deliverability. The homepage uses the phrase "unbeatable deliverability." We treat this as a provider marketing claim, not a verified performance metric. Deliverability outcomes depend on sender practices, list hygiene, content, warmup behavior, and volume, in addition to the underlying mailbox product.

Capabilities not advertised as included in the standard product, based on public materials: an ongoing automated warmup network, native blacklist or DNS-drift monitoring, native bounce-rate alerting, or a deliverability dashboard. Teams that require those capabilities should plan to pair CheapInboxes with additional tooling.

We did not independently run inbox placement tests on CheapInboxes mailboxes, and we did not perform long-term suspension-rate analysis. The underlying technical setup, as described by the provider, is standard for the category. CheapInboxes states that it provisions Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts (not SMTP relays), each on its own domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured. Mailbox performance in production depends heavily on sender practices, list quality, content, warmup behavior, and volume ramps; the choice of provider is one input among several.

Considerations buyers should weigh:
